How does it work?
Lastly, please make an appointment and visit us on-site to have your sample drawn by our registered nurse. Please note that you must present your ID for your work.
- Do not take biotin supplements two days before.
- Please don’t take your medication or vitamin/mineral supplements before.
- Do not take Vitamin B12 for two weeks before.
- Avoid fatty foods one day before.
- Avoid exercises for two days before.
Order your check-up or walk-in on the same day.
Complete the Sample with the staff and hand to the Laboratory for Processing
Lastly, once your results are ready, we will send you an email with your Result. Also you can view the report in your Dashboard.
But how long do the results take?
The target turnaround time for results is 1-3 working days. The turnaround time is a guide only and sometimes depends on assay run schedules.
Missed appointments or cancellations less than 24 hours prior are not entitled to refunds. Rescheduling is possible but not guaranteed. Before the meeting, please get in touch with user service to discuss cost and availability options.
