What does it Detect?
This checkup is needed when the immune system interprets a foreign substance as harmful, even though it is harmless to most people. When you are allergic, the immune system overreacts to the allergen by producing IgE immunoglobulins.
You should do this exam when,
If you have severe raised, swelling, itchy skin and runny nose.
There is a risk of an allergic reaction to a minimal amount of allergen.
If you are being treated with antihistamines or other medicines.
Please take your sample in the morning. We advise that you use this for at least one hour before any medication.

Lastly, once your results are ready, we will email you the Result. You can also view the report in your Dashboard.

How long do results take?
The target turnaround time for Allergy results is 1-5 working days of receiving them in the laboratory. The turnaround time is a guide only and sometimes depends on assay run schedules.
Please take your sample on a Monday to Thursday to avoid delivery delays by Royal Mail over the weekends.
What is the Shipping & Return Policy?
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To Qualify for any return, the product must be in the same condition as when you received it. It is not used, not opened, unworn, and in its original packaging. You will also need to send it to us with the receipt or proof of purchase.
We offer next-day delivery. However, courier delivery times are out of our control. We are unable to provide refunds for any late deliveries. But you will receive courier tracking information once your order has been dispatched. Orders placed by 1 p.m. are posted on the same day.
