Order your kit online and once it arrive collect your sample at home.
Then, drop off the Kit in the morning to the Royal Mail Red Street Box. Use the Track24/48 Return Label to the Lab.
Lastly, once your results are ready, we will send you an email with your Results. Also, you can view the report in your Dashboard.
What are the General Instructions?
Please take your sample in the morning. But take it at least one hour before taking any medication.
We recommend the following sample management protocol.
Sample Management starts when you prick your finger. Please take your sample to the drop box or post office as close to the collection time as possible. Please ensure samples are collected properly and not sitting overnight in the drop box, waiting for collection the next day or several days later.
Any waiting time is bad for your sample. So, your sample must arrive in good condition at the Laboratory. If not, it needs to be disposed of.
When do I get my results?
The time for the result is 1 working day from receiving it in the laboratory. However, the turnaround time is only a guide and sometimes depends on run schedules, and you can also order a while-you-wait service for £50.
What is the Shipping & Return Policy?
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To qualify for any return, the product must be in the same condition as when you received it. It is not used, not opened, unworn, and in its original packaging. You will also need to send it to us with the receipt or proof of purchase.
We offer next-day delivery. However, courier delivery times are out of our control, and we are unable to provide refunds for late deliveries. However, you will receive courier tracking information once your order has been dispatched. Orders placed by 1 p.m. are posted on the same day.
