Appointments:
Missed appointments or cancellations less than 24 hours prior are not entitled to any refunds. Rescheduling is possible but not guaranteed. Please contact the customer service prior to the appointment time to discuss cost and availability options.
Shipping and Returns:
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To qualify for any return, the product must be in the same condition as when you received it. Not used, not opened, unworn, in its original packaging. You will also need to send it to us with the receipt or proof of purchase.

We offer next day delivery; however courier delivery times are out of our control. We are unable to offer refunds for any late deliveries. But you will receive courier tracking information once your order has been dispatched. And orders placed by 9am are dispatched on the same day.
Labels:
By Default Laboratory Kits are packaged with 2 Labels. 1 for delivery to the customer and the 2nd for the return of the sample back to the Laboratory. If the customer changes the configuration and orders only 1 outgoing label then the company will supply 1 label and the customer will need to be responsible for the return of the sample back to the Laboratory. The company does not sell labels separately. And the package conveniences if rejected or altered by the customer at the checkout are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds are not applicable if the customer decides to reject the default settings of 2 labels and decides to obtain only 1 label instead of the recommended 2 labels. A claim of not fit for purpose will be rejected where the customer has chosen to obtain only 1 label in their purchase. All instructions and website content are created on the premise that laboratory tests are supplied with 2 labels. If the customer rejects a 2 label product then it is their responsibility to understand that there maybe variances in the documentation and content with only 1 label that has been chosen.
RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund only or the test price not the delivery fee. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and seals unbroken and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at cs@medicinesonline.org.uk to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from receipt of your item to process your return.
Due to contamination Kits that are opened are not entitled to recieve any refund as per the Consumer Rights Act 2015. You will need to provide proof that the kit is faulty or not as described if you have opened the kit to receive a refund.
Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange. Or for abusive customers who consume resources of the company or post damaging reviews online that contain inaccurate statements and cosume our resources to deal with inaccurate statements and or abuse. Abuse is defined as name calling, using terms thst invclude but a re not linited scammers, cheaters, fraudsters, fakers or fake product staff or company, abusers (referring to staff or the company when we are carrying out policies).
Please Note
- A £50.00 restocking fee will be charged for all returns or a 50% restocking fee for purchases less than £50.00.
- Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
- Items must have original packaging. Items must not have been used. Items can only be returned if fault. If test kits provide an unexpected result it does not mean they are faulty.
- Appointments unattended are not entitled to a refund
- Appointment changes prior to 24 hours may be exchanged for another time
- Appointments paid are not subject to refunds
- Tests used are not entitled to a refund
- Results delay are not entitled to a refund
- If you have used the Booking Reference Number to enter the U.K. you are not eligible for a refund.
