How long do the results take?
The target turnaround time for results is 1 working day. However, this time is a guide only and may depend on assay run schedules.

1- Watch out for phosphorus
Phosphorus is important for our body, but its excess hinders absorption at the intestinal level. 4- Go easy on coffee
