What are the Instructions?
Make sure the sample is done properly. Follow your instructions. Or invalid results may occur. Sample management rules must be followed. So, please follow our guidelines.
Ask your Health centre, which provides services, and choose how to issue the results via text or email. Most prefer email as it’s more confidential. And these home products are of great value. Or you can visit your local centre for some price comparisons. But we won’t be beaten on price or accuracy.
The target turnaround time for the result is provided within 1 working day from receiving it in the laboratory.
Also, please make samples from Monday to Thursday to avoid delivery delays at the lab.
