Confidential treatment for erectile dysfunction with Viagra/sildenafil, Cialis, Levitra, and Spedra tablets from Medicinesbymailbox online doctor.
Erectile dysfunction (ED) is a common condition in which men cannot get/ maintain an erection. For most men it may be temporary if you are tired or stressed. However, for some men it can be persistent. It becomes more common with increasing age.
There are many causes that contribute to ED. One of them is physical health. The most common cause of ED is a reduced blood flow to the penis, due to narrowing of your blood vessels. The blood flow might not be enough to cause an erection. Some conditions that increase the chance of narrowing blood vessels are high blood pressure, high cholesterol and smoking. Hence, if you experience ED, you should tell your GP about it as it may be an early sign of heart diseases. Diabetes can also affect your blood vessels. Besides, certain medicines such as anti-depressants, medicines for heart condition called propranolol and atenolol etc may cause side effects such as ED, although not everyone gets them. Another cause may be mental health, such as stress, anxiety and depression.
If you have heart diseases, you may have to look at lifestyle changes to help with your problem. Your GP may also prescribe some medications to help with your heart conditions.
If mental health is the cause of your ED, some people find couple counselling or sex therapy useful.
There also also different treatments available which work by increasing blood flow to the penis, thus maintainig erection. Vitaros cream, a non-tablet treatment for ED, is also available.
Six different medications are available to buy online from Medicinesbymailbox:
