Spedra product information

Spedra contains an active ingredient called avanafil, which belongs to a group of medicines called PDE5 inhibitor. It helps to relax the blood vessels and increases blood flow to your penis when you are sexually stimulated, allowing you to maintain erectile long enough to achieve satisfactory sexual activity.

How to take

The starting dose for Spedra is usually 100mg for ED, taken about 15-30 minutes before you plan to have sex. There might be different dose adjustments if you feel that it is too strong/weak or if you take any other medicines. Grapefruit juice should be avoided within 24 hours prior to taking Spedra. You should not take the medicine for more than once a day. It is important to note that Spedra only works if you are sexually aroused.

Side effects of Spedra

Like all medicines, Spedra can cause some side effects, although not everyone gets them.

The most common side effects associated are headache, nose congestion, facial flushing, and hot flush. Side effects are usually mild but if you are concerned about any side effects of the medicine, you should speak to your doctor of pharmacist for more advice. If you experience dizziness while using Levitra, you should avoid driving or using machinery.

You should also avoid alcohol as it might increase risk of dizziness, and it can also make erection difficulties worse.

Some uncommon but more serious side effects include allergic reactions with symptoms such as difficulty breathing, swollen eyes, lips or mouth and rash. Partial or temporary loss of vision has also been reported by patients. If you experience of these uncommon side effects, you should stop using Levitra and seek urgent medical advice.

If you get an erection that lasts for more than 4 hours, it also important that you get treated as soon as possible as it might cause damage to your penis.

When ordering from Medicinesbymailbox, you may be required to fill in a series of Yes/No questionnaires to determine your suitability to the medicine. You should NOT use sildenafil without consulting your doctor if you:
