Cialis contains an active ingredient called tadalafil, which belongs to a group of medicines called PDE5 inhibitor, It is the first few drug of its class marketed for the use of erectile dysfunction (ED). It helps to relax the blood vessels and increases blood flow to your penis when you are sexually stimulated.

How to take

You should always take Cialis as prescribed by your doctor.
The usual starting dose for Cialis is 5mg once daily for ED, taken once daily at about same time each day. Once daily dosing allows you to obtain an erection at any time point of the day when sexually stimulated. You might find Cialis taking longer to work if you have had a heavy meal. You should not take it for more than once a day. It is important to note that Cialis only works if you are sexually aroused.


Side effects of Cialis


Like all medicines, Cialis can cause some side effects, although not everyone gets them.

The most common side effects associated are headache, nausea, facial flushing, and hot flush. If you experience dizziness while using sildenafil, you should avoid driving or using machinery. Also, avoid excessive consumption of alcohol as it increases risk of dizziness.
